Hi I'm Paolo, your Trusted Virtual Assistant. My desire is to help my future clients to make their life easier and grow with them. I understand the challenges of growing everyone's business and I’m passionate about prospecting and lead generation. I started working in BPO since 2017 and I was trained doing different task like Live Chat Customer Support, Email, Inbound/Outbound Customer Support & I specialize in Menu transcription Data Entry (typist).

Though I'am new in line of freelancing, I believe that my perseverance to learn new things will help me to become more efficient and effective in your business.

I'm glad, I found the Filipino Virtual Assistance. It is an online class which provides courses in regards of Virtual Assistance. I am currently enrolled in their courses which helped me to develop and honed my existing skills. Also I was mentored by JAQ Business Solutions to be more effective in LinkedIn Lead Generation and LinkedIn Account Management.
